The Secrets of Creativity

There are reasons why some people can come up with cool ideas and some can't. The reasons have more to do with methods than with inborn ability. Learn how to access your creative power from the creator of Kidz Blitz Live and FX Live events. Presenter: Roger Fields Breakout 3

Taming the Circus

Ministry is like running a three ring circus. There are multiple programs and events going on simultaneously, and yet they all need our attention and precise planning. Maybe you find yourself being a lion tamer or is it a juggler, or maybe the man in the top hat? Are you spinning plates trying to keep them from crashing to the floor? Are you controlling chaos in the midst of ministry? In this session, we'll discuss the balancing act that makes it all work mechanically, learn to see the circus through the clowns, and discover that God can deliver peace among the chaos. Presenter: Julie Giles Breakout 4

Strategic Recruiting for Children’s Ministry

Adults view Children's Ministry as the black hole of the church. They aren't sure what it is, they just believe if you get too close you will be sucked in, never to be seen again. There is an approach to recruiting volunteers that turns traditional recruiting upside down. Roger will explain this radical approach in detail. Presenter: Roger Fields
