We will discuss how to move from a “silo” mentality of ministry to a symphonic leadership. Presenter: Wes Olds Breakout 1

Church leadership can be messy! This workshop will delve into the dangerous waters of leading your ministry through crisis. The true character of a leader is put to the test when faced with stress such as the dismissal of a volunteer or paid leader, staff transitions, church divisions, moral failure, lack of funds, or other similar (or worse!) events. This workshop will include proven principles “from the trenches” on how to care for yourself, navigate the unknown, and lead with courage in times of trouble. The Creative Gap: Becoming Better Everyday
Viewing what your church creates on a daily basis and comparing it with other churches can be uncomfortable and dangerous. Whether it is sermons, music, or an event for Children's Ministry, seeing the gap between you and those you admire is a necessary step in becoming a better creative mind. Come and learn how to become better every day. Presenter: Zac Collins Breakout 3
Creating a Culture of Spiritual Leadership
