This workshop will be an overview of each area in Student Ministries; Middle School, High School, and College. We’ll look at the similarities and differences of this large age group. Learn how to work together so students will experience smooth transitions, starting with 6th grade to College. Every time we meet with our students, we are creating a culture whether we mean to or not. Controlling the cultural atmosphere of your group, no matter what the size, is crucial to making sure that your influence in maximized in their lives. Burnout: How to Not Become a Statistic
The average term for a Youth Pastor to stay in ministry with the same group has dropped to under a year. This high turnover number is due to a range of factors and is totally preventable. In this workshop we will be hearing of personal experience, tried and true methods of properly mixing life and ministry that can keep you in the game longer.
