Burnout: How to Not Become a Statistic

The average term for a Youth Pastor to stay in ministry with the same group has dropped to under a year. This high turnover number is due to a range of factors and is totally preventable. In this workshop we will be hearing of personal experience, tried and true methods of properly mixing life and ministry that can keep you in the game longer.
